She was named Victorie beacuse that means "victory" in French, because her date of birth fell on the anniversary of the Battle of Hogwarts, in which the Order of the Phoenix and its allies prevailed against Lord Voldemort and his Death Eaters. She had few years laters her brother Louis and sister Domique. They all lived together good life. She now have been soon four years in Hogwarts like her father.

Family History: Her mother Fleur was student in Beauxbatons school, she from French. Her father Bill did go to Hogwarts, he is from England, where they all live now. Her parents met in one summer in Gringotts Wizarding Bank when they both worked there. They began to date and later one engaged. And yeah after some time later they did get married. So Victorie has half of her family in Franch.
