Hi. Different guest who's trying to link back. It's still not working. If you go to your admin panel -> general -> security, you need to do this:

Unauthorize members with less than a week registration to post external links and emails :
No

Unauthorize guests to post external links and emails :
No

Disable external links to guests in messages :
No.
